    This local gem is owned by husband/wife duo Victor and Ashley Valdivieso, the brains behind Victor’s Lab food truck. While Smashley’s Burger Bar gives that nostalgic feeling reminiscent of 1980s classic hit Cocktail, and a little tongue-in-cheek humor with its giant burgers eating fleeing humans through the Holy City, its smash burgers and bowls are what's gonna keep everyone's tastebuds coming back for more.

    ALL Food Claims Policy

    Due to several falsified claims on food, claims will be handled offsite via email.  We will NO LONGER be addressing food issues in-store without the below. Only those dining in will receive in-store and IMMEDIATE rectification of situation at time of eating.

    ALL food claims must be emailed to smashleysburgerbar@gmail.com with food claim details and MUST be accompanied by an ITEMIZED Smashley’s Burger Bar receipt with date and time stamp and a personal photo of the food with which the item is incorrect.  We WILL NOT accept claims made after 2 hours of time ordered on receipt.  Someone from quality control will gladly assist you once we receive your email with the above.  

    We apologize for the inconvenience as we feel it is the best way to control those trying to dishonestly shame our small business into free food that was not paid for. 

    The authorities will be called immediately if said individuals do not follow our policy above and feel we or our paying patrons are being threatened or disrupted from a great dining experience.
